FAQsFAQs

Where are you?

We guess you are talking about geographically and not emotionally or spiritually. We are located in downtown Orlando which is 20 minutes from the Mouse and 30 minutes from the beach.

Should vegetarians eat animal crackers?

No, and neither should anyone else — have you seen the ingredient list?!

Why did you start your own agency?

We know marketing and thought we could do an awesome job for our friends, old and new. We make a good team: you know your business and we know marketing. And, this is lots of fun!

What is the common beverage in your office?

The Keurig caffeine station is in the workroom. We require water, so we have the Culligan water man keep the office stocked with the big jugs of water. And the President of Covenant is high on Mountain Dew.

Is Covenant for me?

Small agency? Big agency? Covenant is right in between. Our clients receive the personal touch of a small agency and the services and resources of a big one.  All great relationships begin with good chemistry. Are you feelin’ it?

What is the difference between marketing, advertising, PR and branding?

Great question. Maybe this will help. Image courtesy of Neutron, LLC.

Are you expensive?

We are cost-competitive but, if you are seeking a bare-bones, cheap solution, we might not be the right agency for you. When we are asked to calculate project investment, we base our estimates on three dimensions: complexity of scope, time requirements and current agency workload. For small businesses and new ventures with restricted working capital we offer flexible service options and payment terms to make our solutions more accessible. We also maintain special rates for non-profit organizations and philanthropic causes.

Are you hiring?

Let us ask you some questions. Are you ready for a challenge? Like to multi-task? Humble but creative? Then the answer is yes – we are hiring for some specific positions. Drop us an email and tell us a really good joke.

If you are scared half to death twice, what happens?

Another great question from Steven Wright. We aren’t really sure either.
