The clean modern styles, quality furniture and fun colors connect with a lot of us – especially in these economic times. The folks at Ikea have noticed the change in their customer base. Understanding that a brand needs to grow with its customers, after 50 years Ikea has changed it typeface from Futura to Veranda. You can see the new look in the 2010 catalogs arriving in homes now. In the scope of things this is a relatively small brand change, but one that has not gone un-noticed.
