Bishop Beale
After 10 years of service to Central Florida’s commercial real estate market, Bishop Realty & Development decided it was time for some remodeling. They came to Covenant with a blueprint of their vision for their company, as well as for the future of their brand. And we were more than happy to help them establish a foundation to achieve those goals.
They started out with a new name, BishopBeale, which reflects the partnership between Billy Bishop and Mike Beale, and their combined experience of more than 40 years. We incorporated that name into a clean and contemporary logo design, and also created a “b” icon that would reinforce their name and make the brand memorable.
Next, we developed a company message, to assure that everyone, from the receptionist to the CEO, was on the same page about the company’s identity and brand. We incorporated this message into media talking points and a press release to announce their new look.
Finally, we developed a series of print pieces that incorporated the new branding, from a sales sheet to business cards and a letterhead. BishopBeale was so happy with the result that they wanted more, asking Covenant to tackle their Web site, which is sure to become a force to be reckoned with in its industry.
After we had the chance to show BishopBeale what we could do, they wanted to return the favor. They proved to us why they’re the best in the industry by helping us find the perfect new business space to allow us to continue to grow and thrive. It’s been a partnership made in real estate heaven.
